Questions- He was asked, may Allah grant him virtue: If a thin white fluid comes out of a person before or after urination, without pleasure, and not due to looking or remembering, what is the ruling?

_In the name of Allaah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allaah (ﷺ) ._

*He was asked, may Allah grant him virtue: If a thin white fluid comes out of a person before or after urination, without pleasure, and not due to looking or remembering, what is the ruling?*

وسُئل فضيلة الشيخ: إذا خرج من الإنسان ماء أبيض رقيق، قبل البول أو بعده بدون لذة، وليس بسبب نظر أو تذكر، فما الحكم؟

*🎙️He answered, saying: What appears is that this is not due to shahwah (sexual desire) or remembrance, as stated at the end of the question. Accordingly, it is not considered madhī nor manī, but rather—so it seems—residues in the urinary channels that become entangled in this way and come out before or sometimes after urination.*

فأجاب قائلا: الذي يبدو أن هذا ليس ناتجا عن الشهوة أو تذكر، كما جاء في آخر السؤال، وعلى هذا فلا يعتبر مذيا ولا منيا، وإنما هي رواسب ـ فيما يبدو ـ في قنوات البول، وتتعقد على هذا الوجه، وتخرج قبل البول وربما بعده أحيانا،

*Thus, its ruling is the same as that of urine exactly, meaning it must be cleansed along with whatever it touches, and one must perform wuḍūʾ (ablution), and nothing more than that is required.*

فعليه يكون حكمها حكم البول تماما، بمعنى أنه يجب تطهيرها وتطهير ما أصابت ويتوضأ ولا يجب أكثر من ذلك.

And Allah is the Grantor of success.
